ABOUT
The design studio is based in Litchfield County, Connecticut. This is the story of a designer who bought a very neglected mid-century home in a beautiful town called, Washington Connecticut. Sara is a graduate of the University of Chicago and began her career as a Ph.D. in anthropology. While teaching at the creatively inclined SCAD, she realized she was still passionate about design. With over ten years in the jewelry design field, she began creating interiors. Clients who had fallen in love with her home asked her to decorate their own. After years of designing jewelry, homes, and undertaking remodels, her passion for the process is still strong. With an eye for modern friendly spaces, an inclination to embrace nature, and a love of renovations, Sara has gone on to design apartments, mid century retreats, and weekend homes. She has a knack for zoom friendly offices and her jewelry designs have graced the pages of magazines, red carpets, and on the runways of fashion week.
